To all our guests, particularly returning ones, please note that our terms and conditions changed for all bookings made from September 1, 2026.
The major changes are:
Deposits
- To secure a reservation more than two weeks in advance of your arrival date we require a deposit equivalent to one night’s accommodation or 25% of the total booking cost (including accommodation, supplements and activities) (whichever the greater).
- For reservations made within 14 days of the check-in date full payment is processed at the time of booking.
Balance Payments
- Balance of payment is processed 14 days in advance of the day of arrival unless your reservation was made within 14 days of the check-in date in which case the full payment was processed at the time of booking.
Cancellations & Refunds
- If cancellation is more than 4 weeks prior to scheduled arrival the deposit will be refunded less $50 administration charge.
- If cancellation is between 2 and 4 weeks prior to scheduled arrival the deposit will not be refunded

These terms and conditions will only apply to bookings made on or after September 1, 2026. For bookings made prior to that date, our original terms and conditions continue to apply.
