You came to the Canadian Rockies to see the wildlife, now all you need to know is where to find all the animals!  This package is a mix of guaranteed sightings and a trip with a very experienced guide into a true wilderness environment.  Not forgetting the 66 acres of nature at Mount 7 Lodges surrounding your lodge on the edge of the Canadian Rockies.

Combining 4 nights accommodation at Mount 7 Lodges with a full day guided tour plus a visit to the Kicking Horse Mountain Grizzly Bear Refuge, this package is perfect for all ages.  Add on a trip to the local Buffalo Ranch and/or the Northern Lights Wildlife Wolf Centre for the ultimate nature package in the Rockies.

What’s Included



4 nights accommodation in the Bear Lodge. There is a main living area of 600 sq ft on the main floor. On the upper floor are 3 large bedrooms with a shared bathroom.  An additional full bathroom with shower is available on the main floor. One bedroom is a queen bedroom and the other two bedrooms can have a king bed or two twin beds (depending on your requirements).

Guided Tour

Go with an experienced guide in a small group on a full day tour for the best chance of seeing wildlife.   While sightings are not guaranteed, an informative guide and dramatic scenery are a certainty. Tours can be customized to your wildlife wish list and activity level.  Lunch and drinks are included in this full day tour.

Kicking Horse Mountain Grizzly Bear Refuge

This is the largest enclosed and protected grizzly bear habitat in the world. The 20-acre area is the home of resident grizzly bear, Boo. Within this natural mountainside habitat, Boo hunts, plays, forages, and explores just like his wild cousins. Everyone who comes to visit Boo is fascinated by his strength, agility, intelligence, and personality.

For animal lovers a visit to the Buffalo Ranch is a quick and easy tour to learn about buffalo and explore the buffalo ranch.
