Make yourself at home in this spacious 1300 sq. ft. 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom one storey lodge, which can accommodate up to 4 people. This lodge is great for a small family, a small group, two couples or a couple looking to spend some quality time together.

The lodge is nestled in a grove of trees for privacy but still has spectacular views of the Purcell mountain range to the West, as well as Mount 7 behind the lodge. There is a private hot tub and gas grill on the covered deck where you can enjoy the spectacular mountain views.

Red Fox Lodge has been designed using universal design principles and is accessible for our guests who have limited mobility or use a wheelchair. It is a single level build (there are no stairs or steps), with a wheelchair accessible master bedroom and master bathroom. For full details of the accessibility elements, please see the tab below. The additional space in the lodge makes for a perfect place to relax and spend your vacation making memories that will last a life time.

Red Fox Lodge is self-catering, and features a fully equipped kitchen with fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave and stove. There is a separate dining area, and the living area has a cozy infrared fireplace in the media console. The lodge comes equipped with wireless internet, HDTV with 100 + channels and a blu-ray DVD player for those rainy days, or nights spent in.

The master bedroom has a king bed and the second bedroom has a king bed that can be split into two twin beds (depending on your requirements) . Both bedrooms have dedicated bathrooms, one with a large shower and the other with both a bathtub and a separate shower.

Restrictions

Whilst we have followed universal design principals on many aspects of the lodge, there are some aspects that you should be aware are not fully accessible:

The kitchen sink does not offer roll-under access
The microwave is above the stove and cannot be reached from a wheelchair
Kitchen countertops are 36” high
The 2nd bedroom and 2nd bathroom have 30” wide doors and limited space (they are not considered wheelchair accessible)
Whilst the deck is accessible for wheelchair users, the hot tub may not be accessible for some guests
The Mount 7 Lodges property is located on the side of a mountain (Mount 7) and many of the pathways around the property are both steep and not maintained
In winter we often have to deal with melt/freeze conditions which can leave the area around the lodge icy. We do our best to maintain all access areas but at times this is out of our control due to mother nature and other guests. Please be aware that we cannot guarantee perfect conditions in the parking area and around the entrance.
