We wanted to publish some reassurance regarding the wildfire situation in British Columbia that you may have heard about in the news.

Golden, BC is not currently directly impacted by wildfire activity and remains open and safe to visitors. However, at times the smoke from regional wildfires is affecting local air quality and visibility. Smoke and weather conditions can change quickly, particularly in the mountains, so visitors are encouraged to monitor current conditions and plan accordingly.
