Thank you for staying at Smiley Wolf Cabin.  Thank you for your understanding about the hot tub malfunction and I hope the refund takes the sting out a little bit.

If you get a chance, please could you put a review on Google (search Smiley Wolf Cabin in google) if you booked direct or through VRBO/TripAdvisor if you booked through them ?   Many guests use it to make a decision about whether to stay with us and your feedback can be very useful to them, as well as us.
