We have been closely watching the Covid-19 situation and staying in line with government mandates.  We will be open in June but understand that it may not be possible to get here due to flight cancellations, government restrictions and border closures.

We have changed our standard cancellation policy to be as flexible as possible during this time.

Our standard cancellation policy is as follows:

  • for cancellations with 4 weeks notice our current cancellation terms are full refund of deposit less admin fee of $50.
  • for cancellations within 4 weeks and up to 1 week before travel, loss of deposit.
  • for cancellation within 1 week, full payment is required.

As a special measure at this time for any cancellation within 4 weeks of travel connected to the COVID-19 virus either because of illness or official travel restrictions we will offer a full credit note for use at any time (no expiry date).

Our new and updated cancellation policy is designed to give you more flexibility, so that you can leave it closer to the date of travel to cancel or reschedule.   We would still very much like to have you as a guest at Mount 7 Lodges but understand that your current reservation might not be a viable option at this time.
